We offer Personal Training in a small group environment. Our qualifications and extensive experience ensure you exercise safely, while gaining maximum results. Before too long, you’ll be stronger, fitter and healthier beyond your expectations. You’ll be amazed at how much – and how swiftly – your body can transform.

WHERE AND WHEN?

Central Park, Malvern East (Kingston St near the corner of Central Park Rd). During wet weather we move undercover to the Scout Hall at 51a Ivanhoe Gve, Malvern East. 

My small group sessions run 5 days each week and offer ‘rolling start times’ that provide a level of flexibility not available elsewhere. Even more importantly, kids are welcome, so child care isn’t an issue!

Early Risers

Committed to your health but always short of time? Got some weight to lose or strength to gain? Do you want REAL results? Kick start your day with safe, functional group training. These morning sessions give you an optimal workout for improved strength, fitness and endurance. Plus, they’re designed to get fast results in a short space of time.

Starting at 6am, I offer three 45 minute sessions:

 

TUESDAY – Tabata (a timed, full body, circuit style class). 

THURSDAY– Strength ( we’re lifting weights)

FRIDAY – Boxing or a surprise session! 

WHERE AND WHEN?

Central Park, Malvern East (Burke Rd near the corner of Central Park Rd). During wet weather we move undercover to Malvern Primary School, Tooronga Rd, Malvern East. 

Sessions currently running on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You choose which days and how many. Most clients attend two or three days each week.

Personal Training

Some of my clients prefer individual personal training. I offer a mobile training service and can come to you at home.

My 45 minute, ‘one on one’ sessions cost $60 and are completely tailored specifically to your fitness goals.

Let me come to your home, workplace or local park. Your 45 minute sessions will be tailored specifically to your fitness goals.

2 people = $ 90 per session
3 people = $ 120 per session
4 people = $140 per session
