"I found 'Prams In The Park' a great way to kick start my way back to fitness after the birth of my son. Martine was an excellent motivator and was always able to challenge me and get that little bit extra from a workout. After a few months, I started noticing muscles appearing again and an overall increase in my energy levels, which was great physically and mentally. It is a fun and friendly atmosphere where not only do you get the benefits of the physical activity but also gossip and advice about baby/toddler raising! Martine always makes you feel welcome and is wonderful with working around crying babies or wandering toddlers."
