Early Risers was just the kickstart my husband and I needed to get back into exercise! Not being an 'early bird', I thought I would struggle exercising by 6am, but the alarm goes off and off you go! I loved the fact I was home by 7am and my exercise was done for the day - brilliant!! The program was varied and fun and after 5 weeks the results were obvious. I loved it so much.... I am doing it again!

"I found 'Prams In The Park' a great way to kick start my way back to fitness after the birth of my son. Martine was an excellent motivator and was always able to challenge me and get that little bit extra from a workout. After a few months, I started noticing muscles appearing again and an overall increase in my energy levels, which was great physically and mentally. It is a fun and friendly atmosphere where not only do you get the benefits of the physical activity but also gossip and advice about baby/toddler raising!
