Okay, so none of this is breaking news – and we all know it – but these things continue to get in the way of us losing weight – and keeping it off.

The Plan

My eight week plan is designed to help you shift a few kilos and improve your fitness. What’s more, you’ll make sustainable changes to your routine – you’ll approach your diet differently and you’ll learn to manage time efficiently, allowing you to prioritise your health.

WHAT DOES THE PLAN INCLUDE?

For only $15 a week, you’ll receive:

  • Online food diary
  • Tailored exercise plan (please note: group training sessions not included. These are an additional cost)
  • Suggested meal plans and some recipes
  • Constant email support
  • Weekly educational email

WE’RE IN THIS TOGETHER

Going it alone can be tough, which is why I’m with you every step of the way. We’ll set realistic goals to help create positive, lifelong change. My program’s designed for email delivery, but we catch up during group training sessions; plus we can chat over the phone where I’ll provide extra, personalised assistance. I’m here to motivate and guide you, providing the tools to ensure sustainable weight loss and well­being.

But make no mistake – I won’t be doing all the work for you! Creating lasting change is your responsibility. Simply making a payment and buying new runners won’t cut it! You’ll need to be as committed to the program as I am. But trust me, your commitment will pay off in spades!
