Early Risers has changed the way I feel about exercise! Before I found it a real effort to do anything consistently. Getting up early before the kids are awake has become part of my routine and I find it easier and easier to do. The sessions are always a challenge and Martine definitely knows how to get the best out of you. The sessions always vary, and mixing it up between boxing, cardio and strength workouts definitely makes sure you use every possible muscle in your body! Martine provides great direction and encouragement. Overall I feel so much fitter and healthier and I actually look forward to training! Thank you!
