M-FIT started out being about the exercise, then became about the social interaction, and now about the changes in my physical and emotional well-being. I never would have returned to the gym after having my daughter, so this is a means of getting needed exercise and ensuring that both Mummy and toddler get an outing. The park really is the best gym there could be. Martine provides great encouragement, the required push and a great extra pair of eyes to watch the kids. Thanks Martine – I look forward to my bi-weekly workout.
