Prams In The Park
If you'd like to: lose weight, get fit, increase strength, regain your pre-baby body, get out of
the house, meet other local mums or just do something for you you're in the right place!
Prams sessions are strength based with an injection of cardio to keep up the intensity and
get you moving! Our sessions are set up circuit style so that participants are able to work
at their own pace, while our qualified personal trainers work with you one-on-one to ensure
that you're working out safely and at an appropriate level.
We encourage you to bring your babies/children with you (only if you want to!) so child
care isn't an issue, or an additional cost. Great for mums with new babies who want to
keep them close and be able to comfort or feed as necessary.
