About us

Prams in the Park founder, Martine McKee is a qualified and Vicfit registered Personal Trainer.

“Prams in the Park' was born during lunch with the girls(!) and commenced in August 2004. My girlfriend Trudy and I had a conversation about how life had changed for her when her son was born. Being one of the first of her social group to have a baby, most of her friends were working fulltime.

She talked about craving adult conversation and company, about how getting out of the house wasn't just a matter of grabbing your keys and handbag anymore, about baby friendly environments and, about how hard it can be to find time and the motivation to exercise after having a baby.”

Since then, Prams in the Park has seen an increase in the number of fathers attending sessions as well as extended family and friends of Prams clients.

“You don’t have to have children to benefit from a Prams workout.  It’s a great for anyone”  - Pete Walstab

We are proud to preview our very talented trainers.
